Paris, known as the City of Light, with two million inhabitants, remains one of the world’s most acclaimed destinations. Recognized as the city of love and the backdrop for numerous romantic films and novels, it boasts the café where the film “Amélie” was shot. Preserved in its original state, this café in Montmartre can be visited—a neighborhood that has long served as a refuge for artists.
The heart of Paris retains the grandeur of past centuries, with its boulevards, the Latin Quarter, a lively area filled with cafes, and iconic places such as the Sorbonne, the Pantheon, and the Luxembourg Gardens.
Paris is the ideal city for aimless strolls in search of architectural gems, like the Sainte-Chapelle with its 1,113 stained glass windows, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Known as the city of the Mona Lisa and classicism, Paris is also a city of avant-gardes, cubism, and jazz. Today, it is a melting pot of cultures.

PROGRAM
DAY 1: Arrival in Paris
Arrival in Paris, private group transfer from the airport to the hotel.
Check-in at the hotel, followed by an introductory journey to explore the French capital.
In the evening, we will move to the Opera Garnier to start a regular night tour, wandering through Paris, passing by the Boulevard des Capucines, the Madeleine Church, Grand et Petit Palais, until the Alexander III Bridge and Alma Bridge. Dinner and accommodation.
The schedule for this day may vary depending on the arrival time of the travelers.
DAY 2: Montmartre, Pigalle
This morning, we will explore Montmartre with a private guided tour. Its cobbled streets were once a refuge for bohemians and artists such as Dalí, Picasso, Monet, Van Gogh, among many others. Today, it is a neighborhood where numerous artists paint in the streets.
At the top of the hill stands one of the most iconic monuments, the Sacre Coeur Basilica, overlooking the entire northern area of Paris. With a Roman-Byzantine style in white color, it has a Greek cross plan crowned with four domes. In this beautiful historic neighborhood, we can also enjoy freshly baked bread, typical sweets, or excellent falafel.
Pigalle, the former red-light district of Paris and a refuge for bohemians in the late 19th century, is famous for its nightlife and festive spirit, including the renowned cabaret, Moulin Rouge, which inspired Toulouse-Lautrec in his paintings. In the afternoon, we will visit the Le Marais district, which was a marsh until the 13th century, hence its name. It is distinguished by its elegant hotels, private mansions preserving the charm of past centuries with cobblestone streets, charming restaurants, and cafes with painted wooden doors and windows, art galleries, and fashionable shops with gourmet products.
DAY 3: Eiffel Tower and Museum of Architecture
After breakfast, we will start the day by walking along the left bank of the Seine. We will ascend the Eiffel Tower, an undisputed symbol of the city, built in 1889, standing at 324 meters in height, making it the most visited monument in the world.
Its uppercase A-shaped silhouette represented a novel and inconceivable concept for the mentality of the time, seen as an unfinished iron skeleton. It sits on a base of 125 meters on each side and is divided into three levels. The third level, the highest at 275 meters above the ground, can accommodate 400 people simultaneously. In anticipation of the 2024 Olympics, there are plans to change its current brown color to a golden one, the desired color tone by its creator Gustave Eiffel, in 1907.
After lunch, we will visit the excellent Museum of Architecture, where a guide will provide a descriptive and tactile tour of the Notre Dame Gothic Cathedral, currently undergoing restoration after the 2019 fire. Dinner and accommodation.
DAY 4: Latin Quarter – Île de la Cité
We will cross the Seine to enter the Latin Quarter for a private guided tour. Writers began calling the area “pays latin,” hence its name, due to the use of Latin as the academic language during the Middle Ages. The heart of the Latin Quarter is the historic University of Paris, Sorbonne. It is a lively neighborhood with numerous cinemas, theaters, and bookstores. The student riots of May 1968 took place here.
We will visit the Pantheon of Paris, a mausoleum where the remains of the most relevant figures in the history and culture of France rest, such as Voltaire, Rousseau, Victor Hugo, Marie Curie, among others.
In the afternoon, we will go very close to the Île de la Cité, where Notre Dame is under reconstruction. We will enter the beautiful Gothic church, Sainte Chapelle, a masterpiece of 13th-century architecture. Its magnificent 1,113 stained glass windows stand out, composed of two superimposed chapels; the upper one was where the royal family prayed. For Gothic thinkers, light is the noblest of all natural phenomena, a material and immaterial element, a divine symbol. As light passes through the stained glass, it leaves a magically colored space, transporting the faithful from the earthly to the spiritual world.
DAY 5: Louvre Tactile, Champs-Élysées, the Arc de Triomphe
This morning, we will visit one of the world’s most famous museums, the Louvre, to explore its tactile gallery, featuring a carefully selected collection of artworks ready to be touched. The Louvre is one of the five most important art galleries in the world, opened in 1793, marking the first nationalization of works from private collections of the monarchy and aristocracy, with free access granted to the public.
The building itself, a 12th-century castle, is a work of art, featuring its famous glass and steel pyramid in front, inaugurated in 1998. Standing at 21 meters in height, it has become an icon of the city.
After lunch, we will cross the Tuileries Garden, the oldest park in Paris, from which the Champs-Élysées Boulevard begins. This avenue, one of the widest and most majestic in Paris, with its cinemas, cafes, and luxury shops, connects the Arc de Triomphe, which we will access, to the Place de la Concorde in almost 2 km. Here, you can find some of the best pastry shops in the capital, such as Pierre Hermé, one of the world’s most renowned pastry chefs, famous for flavor combinations like the rose flavor of Ispahan, lychee, and raspberry in the macaron, the iconic sweet of Paris.
